I offer a supportive and welcoming space for one-to-one counselling sessions. Together, we will explore your thoughts, feelings, and reactions, building greater awareness of your experiences and where they may stem from.
We'll look at the relationships in your life - whether with family, partners, friends, or colleagues - to identify patterns, themes, and ways of relating that may be influencing your wellbeing. Through this process, I will support you in bringing greater alignment between your feelings, thoughts, and actions, helping you move towards living more authentically.
I am trained in humanistic counselling, with a particular focus on Person-Centred and Gestalt approaches. This means what we explore in our sessions is ultimately up to you. I believe you are the expert on your own experience. My role is not to tell you who you are or what you should do, but to support and challenge you as you deepen your understanding of yourself, strengthen your self-awareness, and trust your own capacity for growth and change.
One-to-one counselling sessions tend to be weekly and 50 minutes long.

I offer one-to-one and group coaching sessions designed to help you move towards meaningful goals with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose. Together, we will identify what you want to achieve, explore what may be getting in the way, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
We'll begin by understanding your unique context and the challenges you want to address. From there, we'll identify the resources already available to you - whether that's time, relationships, skills, knowledge, or finances and explore how you can make the most of them to create lasting change.
My coaching practice is experiential and action-oriented. I work with the knowledge, experience, and wisdom already present in the room, supporting you to uncover what matters most, navigate discomfort and uncertainty, draw learning from your experiences, and identify clear, achievable next steps.
I have trained with Action Learning Associates and Training for Change, bringing approaches that encourage reflection, experimentation, and meaningful action.
Coaching sessions tend to be fortnightly or monthly and 40mins long.

I offer creative group facilitation to help teams, organisations, and communities move through complex challenges, difficult conversations, and moments of uncertainty.
I work collaboratively with you to design and facilitate sessions that are both caring and purposeful, creating the conditions for honest dialogue, collective problem-solving, and meaningful progress. My aim is for groups to leave with greater clarity, stronger relationships, and a shared sense of direction.
My facilitation approach is informed by the principles of multi-partiality and unconditional positive regard. This means I seek to understand and support all perspectives in the room, working from the belief that people are acting in good faith and have something valuable to contribute. By creating a space where different experiences and viewpoints can be heard, I help groups navigate tension, build understanding, and move forward together.
Rather than providing answers, I support groups to explore their own challenges, surface the wisdom already present within the room, and develop solutions that are meaningful and sustainable for them.
I have had the privilege of facilitating in a wide range of settings, from international leadership gatherings for INGOs and strategy sessions for charities, to away days for theatre producers and hyper-local community groups. Across these diverse contexts, my focus remains the same: creating spaces where people can think together, have the conversations that matter, and take purposeful action.
